Wednesday class is aimed at people new to yoga. Each week we will repeat some of the foundation yoga poses and also add to our knowledge with new poses too.
My classes are designed with 3 main elements; to re-connect you to your breath, challenge you and offer a sense of calm and relaxation. Can’t wait to start practicing yoga with you!
